ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY COSTS

For orders above 195€ we have free shipping.

Deliveries within Spain for 2,95€. Returns at 3,95€.

We offer international shipping. 
Deliveries within the EU are 12,95€ for delivery, and 12,95€ for returns.
Deliveries outside the EU are 19,95€ for delivery, and 19,95€ for returns.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MAISON EMME is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

TO MAKE A RETURN
Please email us at contact@maisonemme.com to notify us of your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. Once we've received your returned items in our warehouse, we've process your refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@maisonemme.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
