How does sizing work?
We offer a detailed size guide for women, kids, and swimwear to help you
find the right fit. For kids, many pieces—like the Florence top—feature an elastic
or growing-fit design.
Are your prints limited edition?
Yes—our collections are made in small batches and never restocked, making each
piece truly exclusive.
How do I care for my garments?
Most pieces are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle and should be air dried. Avoid polyester-specific heat and always follow the care label.
What materials do you use?
We use premium organic cotton, recycled polyester, organic linen, and Newlife™
recycled fabrics, all sourced in Europe for lower environmental impact.
Where are Maison Emme garments made?
All our pieces are ethically produced in Portugal in small, SMETA-certified factories, ensuring fair working conditions and high-quality craftsmanship.
How do you ensure sustainability?
- Transparency: fully traceable production chain
- Certifications: fabrics certified (GOTS, OEKO‑TEX®, GRS, Newlife™, Master of Linen®)
- Short transport: all production and fabrics sourced within Europe, shipped by truck
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Can I track my order?
Yes — shipments will include a tracking number once your order ships. Most orders are processed within 2 working days.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over €195
Standard shipping:
Spain €2.95, EU €12.95, Rest of world €19.95
Return shipping: €3.95 (Spain & EU)
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
For orders outside the EU, customers may be responsible for import duties and VAT.
